Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Gateways Learning reserves the right to cancel a camp or after-school program by 3:30 p.m. one week before the start date. In such cases, all relevant fees for a canceled camp or after school will be refunded at no cost.
 

COURSE CHANGES:

Gateways Learning reserves the right to limit the number of students and change instructors where necessary. Gateways Learning also reserves the right to cancel camps and after-school dates (courses) due to insufficient enrollment or unavailability of instructors. If this situation arises, courses will be canceled 4 days before the start date of the class. In such cases all fees for a canceled course will be refunded. Gateways Learning reserves the right to adjust camp content if deemed necessary.
 

CONDUCT POLICY:

All campers enrolled in our courses agree to abide by all rules, regulations and standards of conduct required by the  camp staff, for the enjoyment and benefit of ALL participants. If a participants conduct is disruptive, or otherwise not acceptable, s/he may be asked to leave. Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for those camps that are held in part or in full off the premises.

Classes are designed to maximize the potential of teamwork among students while they work together. If your child requires extra supervision or will only work on his/her own, will then have to double the cost of his/her registration.
 

CHILD SAFETY INFORMATION:

Parents are required to tell Gateways Learning of all medical conditions and to ensure the safety of their children. Parents are also required to tell Gateways of who is scheduled to pick up their child at the end of class or in the case of an emergency. Children are required to stay in class until their chaperone can pick them up.
 

FOOD AND DRINK:

Since the classes are between two and three hours in length, parents are requested to send snacks along with their children.  Please bring your own bag lunch, snacks and refreshments for the Summer Camps. No food is allowed at the work area, but a break will be given so all participants can have enjoy their refreshments.
 

PHOTOS and VIDEOS:

Gateways takes a lot of photos and videos of their camps and uses this as promotional material. Please bring this to our attention if you do not want your child in any photos, videos or promotional materials. 
 

REFUND POLICY::

Please request any refund  before the commencement of the camp or after-school program. There will be a $35 administration charge per refund application. We will give refunds for children that are sick or other reasonable causes. If the student doesn't like the camp/class then please contact us to discuss this matter. Sometimes our programs have minimum amount of students and so we try to redirect students into other programs.
